For the purposes of enriching the research community at the University of Central Florida, I hereby authorize Academic Advancement Programs, and any other agents, officers, officials, employees, faculty, or students of the University of Central Florida the right to publish photographs featuring me, my name, my research and educational activities, and/or my likeness. I understand that these pictures may be used in print or digital media, which includes (but is not limited to) marketing materials, promotional purposes, and publications. I also understand that my presence in these photographs does not confer any rights of ownership or royalties, and I will not receive any financial compensation related to their use.
For the purposes of enriching the research community at the University of Central Florida, I hereby authorize the Office of Undergraduate Research the right to publish photographs that I have provided. I also understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for their use.
I hereby release the University of Central Florida Office of Undergraduate Research, The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees, the Florida Board of Governors, the State of Florida, and any other agents, officers, officials, employees, faculty, or students of the University of Central Florida from any liability related to photographs provided and/or taken, as well as any third party claims related to my participation in the featured activities.
